The Truth Beneath

Under sea I hold my breath

Waiting for an answer

Will it come to me in these salty waters?

Or will I have to wait another day

Issues have settled on my brow

Grey hairs, sashaying worries

Dinosaurs of grief, my knees

And not enough time to unravel

The mysteries and depth

Of this unpersued truth
